Riddick: Which came first - Chronicles, Pitch Black or Chronicles-Dark Fury?

PITCH BLACK was the first film. Since it didn’t cost all that much (Vin wasn’t the "super"star he is now), the director was able to get funding for at least one other film:
CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK… If it was a commercial success, it would have been the second part of a trilogy, but it failed monumentally because most people A) didn’t get it, and B) didn’t know it was a sequel. That’s why there is a director’s cut in DVD format; the director wanted to include extra material which would have been developped in the third and final instalment of the trilogy.
DARK FURY: the cartoon (direct to DVD) came after that, and tried to continue the mythos about the continuing adventures of Riddick. DARK FURY actually takes place BETWEEN Pitch Black and Chronicles, showing us a small adventure which (could have) happened between the two films.
Although CHronicles is a GREAT sci-fi flick in pure tradition, Pitch Black still remains my favorite of the batch… I especially loved the introductory scene where the ship crashes on the planet… Pure sci-fi tension!

Pitch Black came first followed by Chronicles then Dark Fury which filled in the gap between the first two…
Jack (keira) was the girl on the transport shop with him in the first movie, where she grew to like him and became attached to him. When he saved them at the end of the movie she wanted to stay with him, but he ended up leaving her, which he thought was best for her. She hated him for it and as soon as she was able to she searched the galaxy looking for him… I guess you could say that she loved him.

They came in this order: Pitch Black, Chronicles - Dark Fury and then Chronicles of Riddick. As for their relationship I think it would have gone somewhere if Colm Meaney’s character hadn’t killed her in Chronicles of Riddick.

pitch black came first,about his relationship with keira,well he saved her life,5 years later they meet again and i think there’s some sort of attraccion,but they can’t be together anymore becase the lord marshall killed her in the chronicles of riddick.
