TWA Revenge: Who would win these matches?
Everyone welcome back to the excitement of TWA Revenge, I am your General Manager and current Owner and World Heavyweight Champion of EWE. On this week’s show we will see who has prevailed as the #1 Contender for the Woman’s Title at Fusion and who is the latest and final Tag Team in the Tournament to qualify for the World Tag Team Title Triple Threat Match at Fusion against Team 3D and tonight the third and final Tag Team for Fusion and the World Tag Titles at Fusion. Let’s get started with tonight’s first event, LET’S GO!

Promo#1: Revenge General Manager, Joey comes to the ring to announce the final Tag Team for the TWA World Tag Team Title match at Fusion. But, as he’s about to announce the final team, Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase interrupt and walk down the ramp and into the ring. Ted asks Joey why is it that the Greatest Tag Team on this show isn’t in the Title match at Fusion? Joey tells Ted that this question is simple, Priceless did NOT win their match against The Irish Invasion last week and that’s exactly why they aren’t in the match and speaking of a match Priceless are gonna go 2 on 2 right now in a Tornado Tag Match against a tag team who has been on a roll in the past weeks, the team of John Morrison and Ron "The Truth" Killings! Joey leaves the ring and Morrison and The Truth make their way to the ring.

1. Tornado Tag Team Match:
John Morrison/R-Truth vs. Priceless (Rhodes/Dibiase)

Promo#2: Beth Phoenix walks into Joey’s office and demands that she be put in the Woman’s Title Fatal 4-Way Match at Fusion. Joey tells Beth: "Beth, you’re a dominating diva and probably you and Kong are the 2 most dominating divas on this roster. You don’t need to ask for anything. If you want something just take it. You want YOU to be put in the Title Match at Fusion not Christy Hemme! Now, you do something about it, then come back to me and we’ll work out an agreement. Now get the hell out of my office." Beth leaves as she has a match right now against #1 Contender, Christy Hemme.

2. Beth Phoenix vs. Christy Hemme
After the match: Beth attacks Hemme and throws her outside the ring. Then, Beth gets more violent and grabs a Steel Chair and as Christy gets to her feet, Beth hits her with the Chair. Then she puts the Chair in-between Christies leg and steps on it and Christy is in pain and as the medics come down to help Christy Hemme, Beth is standing at the top of the ramp smiling.

Promo#3: Beth goes back to Joey’s office and Joey’s tells Beth that what she did out there was impressive and exactly what Joey wanted to see. And this is why you will be "filling in" for Christy Hemme at Fusion to go after the TWA Woman’s Title! As Beth leaves the Motor City Machine Guns walk in and Sabin asks: "Joey, Joey, Joey can you please tell me why we are not treated with any respect whatsoever on this show?" Joey says: "I know you want respect and that’s why I set up another match between the M.C.M.G and Team 3D, good luck and GET OUT, you 2 aren’t good enough to be seen in my office!"

3. Tag Team Re-Match:
Motor City Machine Guns vs. Team 3D

Promo#4: CM Punk and Kiyoshi is up next and this match will crown the Contender for the TWA Lightweight Title at Fusion. I have already got another challenger for this Belt and his name is Samoa Joe. The winner of Punk vs. Kiyoshi is going to Fusion to battle against the Samoan Submission Machine for the TWA Lightweight Championship!

4. #1 Contender’s Match: CM Punk vs. Kiyoshi

It has just been announced last week that for the TWA Television Title it will be Mr. Kennedy and Rob Van Dam fighting the good fight for the T.V Title. But, Joey has decided to spice things up a little and put Kennedy and RVD on the same team tonight going against Umaga and The Big Show!

5. Tag Team Match: Ken Kennedy/Rob Van Dam vs. Big Show/Umaga

Promo#5: Ladies and Gentlemen, please make some noise for tonight’s Main Event. The main event tonight will feature a Handicap Match. I see priceless getting the win here, but not cleanly. Morrison sets up the Starship Pain on Rhodes, but DiBiasi takes out the referee. Morrison confronts DiBiasi, only to be hit with a chair from behind by Rhodes. By the time the referee makes it to his feet, Ted pins Morrison for the win.

2. Beth Pheonix vs. Christie Hemme
Hemme shocks people with a win after being dominated the majority of the match (which prompts Pheonix’s brutal attack)

3. Team 3D vs. MCMG
I see 3D taking this one, and MCMG failing to gain their respect

4. CM Punk vs. Kiyoshi
I can picture Punk going for the GTS and Kiyoshi kicking out. However, a second consecutive GTS secures the win and a shot against Samoa Joe

5. Big Show and Umaga vs. RVD and Ken Kennedy
I see the big guys taking this match, but purely because of a break down of communication between Kennedy and RVD.

Main Event: Randy Orton and Christian vs. Sting
Stin wins by causing Orton to submit after avoiding a chair shot.

HORSE RIDING CONTRACT- How Do I Go About This?
I am planning on having a girl "on call" to come ride my horse in exchange for mucking her stall and taking care of her when I can’t make it out. In return I’ll let her ride my horse that day, or if she only has enough time to take care of her, I’ll arrange another day for her to come out. I want to make up a contract for her dad (she’s 17) to sign that would protect both parties and especially my horse. This would NOT a lease contract and NO money will be exchanged. I would watch her ride a few times then she would just come out on her own and ride… I’m hesitant to do this since I’ve never let someone ride my horse when I wasn’t there! But coming out to watch her would ruin the point of having her take care of my horse at all.

How would I go about writing such a contract and what must it include? I am so confused and don’t know how to properly word it to make it legal… I realize that nothing I write myself is 100% a binding legal document, but it can at least be provided as evidence in court if something happens.

Here’s what I’d like in the contract:
*They are responsible for (at least) 50% of any vet bills directly resulting from her riding or neglegence or failure to comply to rules
*She is liable to reimburse me 50% of my horse’s worth ($1,250) in the case incident of the death of my horse directly resulting from her riding, neglegence, etc.
*She is NOT responsible for any other fees or bills besides those mentioned above
*She must wear a helmet and my horse must wear boots
*She must have written permission to take my horse off of the property (I board my horse at at NAMELESS barn, so I’m not sure how I’d legally write that!)
*She must remain inside the gates of the stable
*She has no rights to make any medical decisions for my horse without my verbal permission (I’d like it to say that if the owner of the barn cannot be reached and I can’t be reached, that she could make emergency decisions, but IDK how you’d right that.)
*She has no rights to allow ANYONE other than herself to ride or handle my horse for any reason
*Any time she rides or cares for my horse MUST be arranged between us first
*She must abide by the rules of the stable
*The contract lasts until Spring
*I can terminate the contract at any time for any reason

I tried looking at sample lease agreements, but none of those helped at all… Is there any links to a contract like this online? It would be GREAT if you could write me out a sample yourself, but just a list of what it should include would be great.

Because its just a contract between you two, it isn’t that important about the wording, as long as the point is clear. You could just list the things like you have done there, then put a line at the bottom, such as:

John Lennon fam: What do you think about this?
Ok, this is a serious question and is in no way meant to be chatting. Please don’t report me.

Today I was cleaning my bedroom and the first thing I wanted to organize was my bookshelf. Anyways, I remembered that I had a book about ghosts in New York City. I’ve had the book for a while and I never really read it except the 1st page. When I took it off the shelf something told me that there would be something about John in it. So I opened it up and looked at the table of contents. Sure enough there it said The Dakota pg 73-74. I looked at it and here is all it had to say about John:

When John Lennon and Yoko Ono bought into the famous building in Robert Ryan’s old apartment on the seventh floor, some of the more traditional residents were put off. Soon in spite of John’s sporadic shenanigans, the couple’s sometimes curious clothes and the never - ending attempts of fans to invade the well guarded gate of the Dakota, they proved to be rather unexceptional neighbors. Immediatley after settling in, John and Yoko hired a psychic to "read" their apartment. The medium was said to have communicated with the ghost of Ryan’s former wife, who died in the apartment. Lennon was killed by a deranged gunman in the 72nd street entrance doorway on December 8th, 1980. A New York Daily News article mentioned that, earlier in the day fellow Dakota resident Lauren Bacall had alerted security that there was something amiss about waiting autograph seeker Mark Chapman, who later that night took Lennon’s life. Lennon’s spirit materalized at the foot of the bed of many leading psychics and parapsyhchologists in the weeks after he died. Accounts of Lennon’s manifestations by disc jockeys and other people in the music business frequently take place on the anniversary of his death. Over the years, many workers and inhabitants have described noticing a spectral girl in a nineteenth century yellow silk dress bouncing a red ball. She keeps repeating, tearfully: "Today’s my birthday." And with that, wearing a sheepish grin and uttering a soft cry, she vanishes. It has been said that she is a harbinger of death and was spotted the night that John Lennon was murdered. During a seance with Lennon, he corroborated that the Dakota was haunted. In that conversation with Lennon’s specter, he stated that his supernatural body does "visit" his old apartment. Lennon’s spirit has been spotted crossing from the 72nd street entrance of the Dakota, across Central Park West to the "Imagine" mosaic at Strawberry Fields, a memorial to him.

This is from a book that is supposed to be true stories of ghost hauntings in New York City. I’m not sure if this story is real or not.

Suggestion on how to lose the last 10 pregnancy pounds?
After I had my second son I had 25 pounds to lose plus 5 from my first one that I never had time to lose (since I got pregnant with the second). I did weight watchers and joined the gym but after the first 20 I couldn’t do weight watchers it was just too much time, effort and I was starved on it once i stopped nursing. I also have no self control and once I started eating certain things like pasta or most carbs I ended up sort of binging and I need to have snacks for my son. I then had the stop going to the gym (at least for this semester) because I started grad school and I have to work. Any normals EASY diet ideas that I can go on that won’t leave me starving? even a strict weekly plan? (no fish please)

Why has my tailbone been hurting for weeks?
A few weeks ago I woke up with a severe pain in my tailbone. It hurt to sit, stand up, or even walk. The day after, it got better while still having the occasional annoying pain. I still have not gotten better even when I have not put pressure on my tailbone since. Does anyone know what’s wrong with me?

Cheapest way to start out is to see a chiropractor. If that doesn’t help see a doctor.

I got bucked off a horse once. It hurt to stand or sit. I went and seen a doctor and they sent me to a surgeon he cut the very tip of my tail bone off. It took awhile to heal but I was able to get going again. It was tipped so far back a chiropractor couldn’t adjust it.
