i'm officially no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses?Does this mean that my family will have to limit contact..?

Let alone a god who thinks collateral damage is fine so long as he proves his "universal sovereignty" by settling a score with Satan. While should i and every man woman and child suffer for what Adam and Eve did millenia ago?
The older i become, the more ludicrous all forms of religion become and i cannot continue living a lie. So yesterday, i just decided, "to hell with it and tolod the elders that i would no longer like to be a Wtiness." They discourage belief in evolution for goodness’ sake. I challenged the elders by asking them how an ancient book is more logical than what evolution, which is supported by hard tangible evidence. To my dismay, they don’t even know what evolution is! How can you be so vehemently against something you don’t even understand?
Now, apparentlly, my parents are supposed to limit their contact with me. So if they refuse to do that, as i’m pretty sure they will, what happens then? You can’t just tell family members to break up. Jehovah’s Witnesses seem to scare people into staying.
the reason i stayed so long was because pof this scare tactic…
so i’m sure that a lot of people don’t want to remain Jehovah’s Witnesses, but are too afraid to be alone, without family and without friends

Well, I suggest you create a new social network of friends and be prepared to have to live with the after effects of your decision to quit.
Retrospectively, to hold on to your family, maybe you could have distanced yourself from the hall and the teachings but remained reasonably quiet, especially when it came to revealing doubts to the elders.
Perhaps this is still an option? Recant your position, attend a meeting or two and just quietly drift away?
If you have no support network, you could play the game of silence and minimal contact.

would a loving god tell mums and dads to shun a member of their own family for daring to think for themself?

As long as you’re not disfellowshipped your parents can have contact with you (2 Corinthians 6:14-15). However it will be different because you will not have a spiritual band anymore with them.
I do hope it’s just a transitory phase you’re experiencing.
