Supercross
Supercross (2005)

IMDB rating: 2.80

Plot: A motorcycle saga that chronicles the personal journey of two brothers who overcome emotional and physical obstacles to achieve success in the competitive world of Supercross racing. The brothers’ conflicts are magnified by their different life choices and their decision to become competitors and rivals. KC Carlyle is a more cautious rider than his younger brother Trip, who has more natural talent but takes too many risks. When KC gets an all-expenses paid factory—corporate sponsored—ride, a rift forms between the two brothers. Trip is forced to go at it alone, becoming a privateer—a rider without a sponsor. But when a career threatening crash ends Trip’s Supercross career, he and KC realize that they must put aside their conflicts, and work together to help KC defeat the world’s greatest Supercross champions.

What exactly is the 350cc bike? What class does it fit in? Will it be raced professionaly?
To be honest, i only heard about the 350 a few days ago when i saw the new 2010 KTM 350SXF..but from what i’ve heard they’ve been around for quite some time now.
Does it come in both 2 stroke and 4 stroke..like the 250’s and 125’s do?
How powerful/fast exactly is it? Like..where would you put it against the 125, 250, 450 etc….
If it were to be raced at local tracks, what class would it fit into?
And i’ve heard that riders are now going to be racing it professionally in Supercross Lites class? Not sure if it was just a rumour or not…
Thaanks :)

No, the 350F has not been around for a long time, in fact I’m pretty sure KTM has never made a 350F before. No it will not be offered in a 2 stroke, they already have the 300 2 stroke. The 350F is meant to replace the 400EXC-F. KTM made a 450 and 400 model for sometime (woods version), but it just didn’t make sense to have two bikes that close in displacement, although they were very different bikes in terms of power delivery. KTM has been talking about a 350F woods bike for a couple years now. Are you sure they are making an SX model? That wouldn’t make much sense, there is no class for a 350F in motocross. I assumed the 350F would only be offered in an XC and/or EXC model. The 400 was not offered in an SX model.
